No. The deadline to submit your application in the EUR Application Portal (not just in Studielink!) is 15 January 23.59 CET for IBEB, and 1 April (non-EEA students) / 1 May (EEA students) for Econometrics and the Double Bachelor programme. No applications are accepted after the deadline.
