Information Desk
Student life may have its challenges. We would like to help you with any questions you may have before, during and after your studies at Erasmus School of Economics. You can contact the Information Desk for questions about the contents of our study programmes and rules of Erasmus School of Economics. Our student assistants are more than willing to help you.
We can help you with:
- General questions about the programmes of Erasmus School of Economics
- The regulations of Erasmus School of Economics
- Questions about the application process for bachelor and master programmes
- Late registrations tutorial groups and exams
- Walk-in hours of the study adviser
- Handing in and picking up documents from the study adviser or for/from the Examination Board
- Picking up documents regarding your exchange

Erasmus Student Service Center (ESSC)
Erasmus University has established the Erasmus Student Service Center for all EUR students for help with practical matters. They can help you with all general questions you may have in addition to everything you need to know about the content of your study, for example: How much tuition will you pay? How to register for a study? Where can you find your study results?
You can contact the ESSC for matters related to;
- Financing (e.g., budgeting, payment of tuition fees)
- Registration (e.g., re-enrolment, student ID-card)
- Immigration (e.g., VISA, residence permits)
- Studying at EUR (e.g., locations, checklists, studying/internships abroad)
- Study results (e.g., Student Administration, study progress, statements)
- Graduation (e.g., requirements, procedures, diploma registration)
- Counselling (e.g., career advice, confidentiality counsellor)
