Our MSc in Accounting, Auditing and Control provides a comprehensive foundation in auditing, control and finance. Additionally, the MSc programme allows you to tailor your studies to your personal interests and career goals through one of three specialisations:

  1. Accounting and Auditing
    • Focus: In-depth auditing content, including advanced auditing theory, standards, and practices.
    • Ideal for: Students aiming to pursue postgraduate education and become a Chartered Accountant (Dutch: Registeraccountant)
  2. Accounting and Control
    • Focus: Management control systems, internal controls, data-driven decision-making, and corporate governance
    • Ideal for: Those seeking roles as business controllers or aiming for a Certified Controller qualification (Dutch: Registercontroller)
  3. Accounting and Finance 
    • Focus: Combines accounting, governance, and finance, with seminars in corporate governance and data analytics, and electives in finance.
    • Ideal for: Students interested in bridging accounting with corporate finance and managerial decision-making
