Yes, by withdrawing your enrolment request in Studielink. You are able to withdraw your enrolment request at any point before the start of your studies. Please find more information on refunds of already paid tuition fees on this website. The handling fee is non-refundable.  Do note that cancelling your IBEB application after 15 January means that one selection attempt has been used.
