I have a To Do action item in Studielink telling me to check my used selection attempts, what should I do now?

All students who have registered for a numerus fixus programme will receive an email in mid-August with a To Do action to check their used selection attempts. If the listed selection attempts are correct, you do not have to take any further action.

Your selection attempt may be incorrectly listed as ‘used’ in the following cases:

  • You have failed to obtain your secondary school diploma and therefore no longer meet the requirements to join the programme;
  • You have cancelled your own enrolment application before the 15 January 23.59 CET deadline.

If this is the case, please contact us before 1 September to request a correction. Make sure to add any evidence that clearly demonstrates that one of the two above situations applies to you. We will then determine whether your request can be honored.

The university will process your request in Studielink by 1 October at the latest. If the university determines that your request for correction is not justified, we will inform you accordingly.
