I have not received an offer. What should I do?

IBEB
Not all placed students actually accept the place they are offered. There is a chance that a place will become available. Available places are filled sequentially according to ranking number. In case of IBEB 2026-2027, the student with ranking number 701 will then be the first student to be offered a place refused by another student. In that case, you will receive an email message offering the place and stating that you must accept it within 14 days. This system is in place until all places are confirmed or by 1 August, when the start of the academic year is approaching.
On our website, you can find a weekly update on which ranking number is the first one on the ‘waiting list’. It is important that your Studielink application for our study programme remains active. As soon as you cancel your Studielink registration, you are taken off the waiting list.
TIP: It is a good idea to think about opting for a different programme so that you have a plan B, in the event that no place becomes available. The application deadline for study programmes without a quota is 1 May. You may be able to submit an application for a programme without a numerus fixus instead, like the Dutch version of IBEB, Economie en Bedrijfseconomie. Alternatively, you might be interested in our other international bachelor programmes: International Bachelor Econometrics and Operations Research (IBEOR) or Double bachelor BSc² in Econometrics and Economics.
IBEOR / BSc²
If you do not agree with the decision made by the admissions team regarding your admissibility for either of these programmes, please contact the admissions team with supporting (official) documentation requesting a reconsideration within ten business days.
