After registering for a programme in Studielink, you will get an email with your ERNA details. These log-in credentials give you access to the EUR Application Portal, where you can fill out your application and submit all required documents. Once you have finished your application, this needs to be submitted. This step is very important, as we will not receive your application otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully submitted your application. Submitting the application in the EUR Application Portal needs to be done before the deadline of 1 April (non-EEA nationality) / 1 May (EEA nationality). After the deadline, the portal will close and submitting the application is no longer possible.

After successfully submitting your application, we will start the review process at our earliest convenience. We aim to contact you within six weeks after receiving your application.
